Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Pal Enterprises (trading as "Pal Multi Store") dispatches and delivers orders placed on our website and mobile application. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Serviceable areas

We ship across India to all pincodes served by our logistics partners. Serviceability for your pincode is checked at checkout. International shipping is not currently available.

2. Order processing time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST (excluding public holidays).
  • Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch, not from order placement):

  • Madhya Pradesh & nearby states: 2–4 business days
  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or rural pincodes: up to 10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, courier delays, or unforeseen events. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delay.

4. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your pincode, order value, and product weight.
  • Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Oversized, heavy, or remote-area deliveries may attract an additional surcharge, which will always be shown transparently before you pay.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected orders and pincodes. A small COD handling fee may be added at checkout. We reserve the right to limit COD for high-value orders or previously undelivered addresses.

6. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link and AWB number. You can also track the status of any order from My Account → Orders on the website.

7. Delivery attempts

  • Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If all attempts fail (wrong address, no one available, refusal to accept), the package is returned to us (RTO).
  • For prepaid orders, we will refund the order amount after deducting applicable return-shipping charges.

8. Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, either refuse delivery or record a short unboxing video and email orders@palmultistore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and the video. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.

9. Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before confirming the order. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched — contact us immediately if a correction is needed.
