How do I place an order?
Browse or search for products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account (or log in) and enter your shipping address, then pay using UPI, card, netbanking, wallet, or Cash on Delivery where available.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and popular wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and pincodes.
Is it safe to pay online on Pal Multi Store?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay over HTTPS. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking password.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel for free any time before the order is dispatched, from My Orders → Cancel. Address changes are also possible only before dispatch — contact us quickly at orders@palmultistore.com.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days within Madhya Pradesh, 3–5 days to metro cities, and up to 7–10 days to remote pincodes. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within India.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch you'll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link. You can also track any order anytime from My Account → Orders.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Record a short unboxing video and email us at orders@palmultistore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Some categories (innerwear, groceries, personal care) are non-returnable. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect the returned item (2–3 business days), refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are sent by NEFT to your bank account in 7–10 business days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes, where available. If the variant you want is out of stock we will issue a refund instead.
Account
Do I need an account to shop?
Yes, an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and manage returns. Signing up is free and takes under a minute.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and we'll email you a reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to support@palmultistore.com.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@palmultistore.com from your registered email address. We'll delete your personal data within a reasonable time, except for records we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoices for tax purposes).
About the shop
Where are you based?
Pal Multi Store is operated by Pal Enterprises, a retail business in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. We have two physical shops — at Bhawada and at the Private Bus Stand (behind Anand Hospital) — and now an online storefront that ships across India.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. For bulk orders and wholesale enquiries, please write to business@palmultistore.com with quantities and the product list.
