Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Pal Multi Store. If something isn't right, this policy explains when and how you can return an item and how refunds are processed. Pal Multi Store is operated by Pal Enterprises, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.

1. Return window

  • Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
  • The product-detail page for each item will show the specific return window that applies.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, accessories, freebies and invoice intact.
  • Not listed under "Non-returnable items" below.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, socks, and intimate apparel.
  • Personal-care and grooming products once opened or used.
  • Food, groceries, and perishable items.
  • Earphones, earbuds, and items with broken hygiene seals.
  • Customised or made-to-order products.
  • Products sold as "clearance", "final sale", or "as-is".
  • Items without original packaging, invoice, or tags.

4. How to raise a return

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. Select the item you want to return and choose Request Return.
  3. Pick a reason and upload clear photos (required for damaged/defective items).
  4. Submit the request — you'll get a confirmation email with next steps.

You may also email orders@palmultistore.com with your order number within the return window.

5. Pickup & return shipping

  • Wherever our courier partners serve reverse pickup, we arrange a free pickup for damaged/defective/wrong items.
  • For "change of mind" returns, a nominal reverse-shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you'll be asked to self-ship to our address — we'll reimburse reasonable courier charges for defective/wrong-item returns on submission of the courier receipt.

6. Quality check

Once we receive the returned item, our team performs a quality check within 2–3 business days. If the item meets the return conditions above, the refund is approved. If it fails the check (used, damaged by customer, missing parts), the return is rejected and the product is shipped back to you.

7. Refund timelines

  • UPI / netbanking / cards / wallets: 5–7 business days to the original payment method after refund approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded to a bank account of your choice via NEFT within 7–10 business days (you'll be asked for bank details).
  • Refunds for shipping charges apply only if the return is due to our error (wrong / damaged / defective product).

We process refunds promptly from our side; the actual time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

8. Exchange

Where available, you can exchange an eligible item for a different size or colour. If the desired variant is out of stock, we will process a refund instead. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

9. Order cancellation

  • You can cancel an order for free any time before dispatch from My Orders → Cancel.
  • Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled; please wait for delivery and then raise a return if needed.
  • If we cancel your order (pricing error, non-serviceable pincode, stock issue, suspected fraud), you receive a full refund.
